1. Drawing of copper and aluminum monofilament for power line

In order to improve the flexibility of the power cord and facilitate the installation of the device, the conductive wire core is made of multiple single wires. From the stranding way of conductor core, it can be divided into regular stranding and irregular stranding. Irregular stranding is divided into bundle stranding, concentric multiple stranding, special stranding, etc. In order to reduce the occupied area of the conductor and the geometric size of the power line, the tight pressing method is also adopted in the stranded conductor, which makes the popular circle change into semicircle, fan-shaped, tile shaped and pressed circle. This kind of conductor is mainly used in power line.
4. Power line insulation extrusion
The plastic power line mainly adopts extruded solid insulation layer, and the primary technical requirements of plastic insulation extrusion are as follows:
1) Degree of migraine: the deviation value of the extruded insulation thickness is the main mark of the degree of extrusion process. Most of the product structure size and its deviation value have clear rules in the specification.
2) Lubrication degree: the surface of the extruded insulation layer is required to be lubricated, and no poor quality problems such as rough appearance, scorching and impurities are allowed
3) Density: the cross section of the extruded insulating layer should be compact and robust, and there should be no visible pinholes and bubbles at the root.
5. The power line is wired
About the multi-core power line, in order to ensure the molding degree and reduce the shape of the power line, it is generally required to twist it into a circle. The mechanism of stranding is similar to that of conductor stranding, because the pitch diameter of stranding is large, the method of no untwisting is mostly adopted. The technical requirements of cable laying are as follows: first, eliminate the twisting of cable caused by turning over of special-shaped insulation core; second, avoid scratching the insulation layer.

6. Inner sheath of power line
In order to protect the insulated core from being damaged by armor, it is necessary to properly maintain the insulation layer. The inner sheath is divided into extruded inner sheath (isolation sleeve) and wrapped inner sheath (cushion). Wrapping cushion instead of binding belt is carried out synchronously with cable laying process.
7. Power line armor
Laying in the underground power line, can accept the inevitable positive pressure effect in the task, can choose the inner steel strip armored structure. When the power line is laid in the place with both positive pressure effect and tension effect (such as water, vertical shaft or soil with large drop), the structure type with inner steel wire armor shall be selected.
8. Outer sheath of power line
The outer sheath is a part of the structure that maintains the insulation layer of the power line from corrosion of the condition elements. The primary effect of the outer sheath is to improve the mechanical strength of the power cord, prevent chemical erosion, moistureproof, water immersion, and prevent the power line from burning. According to the different requirements of the power line, the plastic sheath is directly extruded by the extruder.
